cancellation policy

prepaid rate
bookings made at these rates:

• full pre-payment charged to your credit card prior to your day of arrival
• non-amendable
• non-refundable if cancelled or in the event of a no-show

flexible rate
bookings made at these rates:

• canceling your reservation before 18.00 (local hotel time) will result in no charge.
• canceling your reservation after 18.00 (local hotel time) or no-show, will result in a charge of one night per room to your credit card.

monthly rate

• cancellation of confirmed booking is subject to a penalty of 10% of one month’s rent with over two weeks’ notice
• half month’s rent with less than two weeks of notice or one month’s rent with less than 72 hours of notice
