prepaid Rate

bookings made at these rates:

• cannot be cancelled
• cannot be amended
• in the event of a no-show - NO REFUND will be made

flexible rate

guarantee & cancellation policy
• full payment prior/upon check-in
• payment is not refundable in the event of change of dates after check-in
• flexible Rates can be cancelled (with no penalty) up to 6PM on date of arrival
• in the event of a no-show - 1 night charge

monthly rate

• cancellation of confirmed booking is subject to a penalty of 10% of one month’s rent with over two weeks’ notice
• half month’s rent with less than two weeks of notice or one month’s rent with less than 72 hours of notice
