• Advance payment or credit card guarantee is required to confirm booking
• Full payment required prior to check-in.
• Payment is not refundable in the event of change of dates after check-in.
• One night rent will be charged for cancellation with less than 48 hours (before 14:00) notice prior to check in
• In the event of a no-show - 1 night rent will be charged
